European Wax Center in Miramar, FL is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a Guest Service team while driving sales and guest satisfaction. The role is in-person, full-time, with a competitive base salary and a lucrative bonus structure.

The candidate will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations, ensuring health and safety compliance and brand standards. Strong leadership, KPI understanding, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon operations or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
