European Wax Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, manage staffing and inventory, and ensure safety and brand standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail/salon leadership, with a strong sales background and proven ability to coach and develop staff. This in-person role offers competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
