European Wax Center in Olympia, WA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance. This in-person role demands strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and a track record of coaching for results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background with guest service emphasis
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience managing multiple direct reports and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
