Job summary

European Wax Center in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and standards compliance, mentor staff, and build strong KPI-driven performance. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive base salary plus a lucrative bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
