Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, memberships, guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Develop understanding of KPIs and financial acumen.
