European Wax Center in Riverside, CA, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail/salon leadership with strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background with customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Develop understanding of KPI's and financial acumen.
