European Wax Center is seeking a hands-on Center Manager to lead a dynamic team in Williamsburg, VA. You will oversee operations, sales initiatives, and guest experiences to continually elevate service and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee opening/closing procedures, center cleanliness, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards.
• Sales & Growth: Drive center performance—meet sales goals, optimize budgets, and implement promotions and events that resonate locally.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and hold your team accountable. Champion continuous learning and celebrate wins—big and small.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering flawless wax services, personalized recommendations, and retail expertise.
• Problem‑Solving: Quickly address challenges—staffing gaps, supply issues, or guest concerns with creativity and a positive attitude.
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold our brand pillars—Expertise, Confidence, Inclusiveness—in every decision, interaction, and communication.

What You Bring

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $58,000/year
• Bonus Incentive Program: Monthly and annual performance bonuses plus commission on your personal sales
