You will supervise operations, drive sales, recruit and develop staff, and manage scheduling, inventory, and events while maintaining high energy and a fun, customer‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a management role, preferably retail/hospitality/wellness.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and drive repeat business.
• Exceptional communication, friendly demeanor, strong team culture.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves—cover shifts, handle inventory, train new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee opening/closing procedures, center cleanliness, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards.
• Sales & Growth: Drive center performance—meet sales goals, optimize budgets, and implement promotions and events that resonate locally.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and hold your team accountable. Champion continuous learning and celebrate wins—big and small.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering flawless wax services, personalized recommendations, and retail expertise.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly address challenges—staffing gaps, supply issues, or guest concerns with creativity and a positive attitude.

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $58,000/year
