Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC seeks an experienced Center Manager for a brand-new facility in Waxahachie, TX opening December. The role focuses on delivering quality care, operational excellence, staff management, and growth in outpatient imaging services.

Candidates should bring 2–5 years in healthcare management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include staffing, referrals, and performance improvement in a patient-centered clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team building and strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter who is able to manage his / her time effectively.
• Takes initiative and is accountable for results.
• Familiarity with financial statements and financial management concepts.
• Physician relations experience preferred.
• Results oriented, high energy with a strong work ethic, integrity and honesty.
• Great organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Imaging industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence and delivery of quality care.
• Overseeing and managing center operations.
• Assess staffing levels and initiate cross training in all facilities.
• Improve operational performance, implement best practices and increase volume.
• Proven ability to creatively problem solve.
• Facilitate referrals from physicians through collaboration with the marketing department.
• Human resources responsibilities – hiring and orienting staff, developing and monitoring staff, annual evaluations.
• Establish consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the facility.
• Prioritize patient needs and ensure patient, family, and employee rights are respected.
• Foster a positive and professional clinic environment and teamwork.
• Resolve conflicts through effective communication.
• Accept constructive criticism and offer suggestions professionally.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Maintain schedule flexibility as needed.

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, professional Center Manager to join our team at our brand new facility in Waxahachie, TX scheduled to open in December!

We are looking for new members to join a dynamic team, dedicated to overall patient satisfaction and operational excellence. Experience:

2-5 years working in healthcare environment is preferred. Must have clinical and management experience. Radiology experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
