Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC is seeking a motivated X-Ray Technologist for our Richardson, TX outpatient imaging center. The role focuses on high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures, patient safety, comfort, and an exceptional patient experience.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth through the Technologist Advancement Academy. Benefits include health/life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) registered or registry-eligible.
• State licensure as required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Position Summary

The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
