Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a patient service representative in Red Oak, TX, for a full-time shift 12pm-9pm with rotating weekends. You will schedule diagnostic exams, verify insurance, and assist patients and staff with front-desk duties in a busy outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
• Experience in authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume and multitask efficiently.
• Medical terminology knowledge is required or highly valued.
• Insurance verification experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications for patients.
• Check in/out patients and answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to the billing office.
• Verify patient insurance and ensure correct data in the system.
• Process requests and filing of patient records.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm with rotating weekends.
