Job summary

Youth In Need, Inc. is seeking a Center Manager to lead the Meramec Early Learning Center. You will oversee daily operations, create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment, and support individualized learning for children, families and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or 90 credit hours with 19 in ECE) and 3+ years of early childhood and management experience. CPR cert and driver's license are required. Salary starts at $50,318 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or 90 credit hours with 19 in ECE and 3+ years' experience in an early childhood setting.
• Experience with Head Start Performance Standards, Missouri Licensing Regulations, Infant/Toddler Responsive Care and Creative Curriculum preferred.
• CPR certification is required, as well as having/obtaining a driver's license.

This Position:

We are interested in a Center Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood education or related field or 90 credit hours (with 19 in ECE) and 3+ years' experience in an early childhood setting.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years experience working with children (birth-5) and management experience. Experience with Head Start Performance Standards, Missouri Licensing Regulations, Infant/Toddler Responsive Care and Creative Curriculum preferred.

Ability to be CPR certified is required, as well as having/obtaining a driver's license.

This is a salaried position with pay starting at $50,318/year.
