Code Ninjas seeks an energetic Center Director to lead our Draper and Holladay locations. This role is about owning the business, building relationships with families and the community, and delivering an exceptional student experience while growing enrollment.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive grassroots marketing, and establish partnerships with schools and organizations to generate sustainable growth. Community leadership and results orientation are key to success.

Qualifications

• Must be entrepreneurial and owner-minded.
• Strong ability to build relationships with families, schools and community groups.
• Proven track record in lead generation, enrollment growth and program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Code Ninjas Draper and Holladay locations.
• Develop grassroots and local marketing opportunities and community partnerships.
• Coach and develop instructors to deliver high-quality student experiences.
• Oversee enrollment, conversions, and member retention across centers.
• Represent Code Ninjas at events and in partnerships to drive growth.
