Job summary

Elevate Learning Ventures, LLC is seeking a dynamic Center Director to lead a Code Ninjas location and drive enrollment growth while delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families.

The role manages day-to-day operations, recruits and coaches Code Senseis, and builds strong ties with schools and local businesses. Evening and weekend hours are required to support community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or operations.
• Experience in sales, enrollment growth, hospitality, retail leadership, fitness, youth programs, education, or customer-facing leadership roles preferred.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical familiarity or comfort with STEM/coding concepts is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollment and retention through relationship building and community outreach
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage Code Senseis
• Open and close the center and oversee day-to-day operations
• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families
• Build relationships with schools, organizations, and local businesses
• Identify and attend community events to promote the center
• Lead tours and enrollment conversations with prospective families
• Ensure the center operates in accordance with the Code Ninjas Playbook and franchise standards
• Support a positive, high-energy dojo culture focused on learning and achievement
