Qualifications

• Proven work history with children aged 7 and up.
• Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office, social media, and office equipment.
• Flexible schedule is required.
• Must be fun to work with and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented; able to track dates and manage customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center.
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals.
• Work with parents to define children’s learning needs.
• Provide center tours while monitoring students in the center.
• Engage with children and families to support learning.
• Ensure parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
• Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to meet team needs.
• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
• Report weekly to the executive team on progress.
