Job summary

Elevate Learning Ventures, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial and community‑oriented Center Director to lead and grow our Code Ninjas location. This is not a traditional administrative management role.

We are looking for a high‑energy operator who enjoys building relationships, driving enrollment growth, leading teams, and creating an exceptional experience for kids and families. The Center Director will open and close the center, recruit and manage Code Senseis, and ensure daily operations run

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or managing operations.
• Experience in sales, enrollment growth, hospitality, retail leadership, fitness, youth programs, education, or customer-facing leadership roles preferred.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical familiarity or comfort with STEM/coding concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollment and retention through relationship building and community outreach.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage Code Senseis.
• Open and close the center and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families.
• Build relationships with schools, organizations, and local businesses.
• Identify and attend community events to promote the center.
• Lead tours and enrollment conversations with prospective families.
• Ensure the center operates in accordance with the Code Ninjas Playbook and franchise standards.
• Support a positive, high-energy dojo culture focused on learning and achievement.
