Job summary

Elevate Learning Ventures, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Center Director to lead and grow our Code Ninjas location. This full-time role focuses on driving enrollment, leading teams, and delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families.

The Center Director will recruit, train, and manage Code Senseis, oversee day-to-day operations, and build relationships with schools and local businesses. Evening and weekend work is required to support activities and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or managing operations.
• Experience in sales, enrollment growth, hospitality, retail leadership, or education.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical familiarity with STEM/coding concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollment and retention through relationship building and community outreach.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage Code Senseis.
• Open and close the center and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families.
• Build relationships with schools, organizations, and local businesses.
• Attend community events to promote the center.
• Lead tours and enrollment conversations with prospective families.
• Ensure the center operates per Playbook and franchise standards.
• Support a positive, high-energy dojo culture focused on learning and achievement.
