Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service with responsibility for financial results
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage inventory and staff in a fast-paced center

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment
• Perform profit/loss analyses
• Hire and mentor new team members
• Track and itemize inventory
• Manage the personnel budget
• Ensure customers receive the highest quality of care
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash
• Maintain a secure, clean work environment
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University
