Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles seeks a senior leader to oversee a Center’s total operation, including membership, programs, facilities, volunteers and staff development. You will drive fiscal management, fundraising, and community partnerships to advance the Center’s strategic plan.

The role requires a decade of executive experience in multi-site operations, proven fundraising success, and strong skills in leadership and collaboration to support the Y’s mission.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of executive management experience in multi-site operations.
• Proven fundraising track record including capital campaigns.
• Experience building and managing operating budgets and revenue portfolios.
• Experience in managing volunteers and development of leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the YMCA Center including membership, programs, facilities and staff development.
• Direct financial development activities and achieve fundraising goals.
• Lead strategic planning and annual operating plans with management and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and government entities.
