Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director in Sparks, Nevada. You’ll lead and elevate a team of educators, partner with families for high-quality care, and drive community engagement to grow the center’s impact.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure licensing adherence, and apply business and marketing strategies to attract families and deliver exceptional early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the role and work on-site daily.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families.
