Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and grow KinderCare’s presence in the community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality care and education, and collaborate with licensing authorities to maintain standards.

This on-site role emphasizes leadership, initiative, and community engagement, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for children and families in our centers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue-generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities
