Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience to develop and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budgeting and revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the center director role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency; lift up to 40 pounds; work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English; on-site daily at the center.
