Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an approved school of social work.
• Social Services management experience in a Long-Term care setting.
• Social Services Certification (ACSW) from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct Social Services staff in the facility.
• Meet with Administration and other facility management personnel in planning social services functions.
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with other departments and external agencies to ensure programs meet resident needs.
