Learning Care Group, North America’s second-largest for-profit childcare provider, is seeking a Center Director in Apex, AR to lead operations and guide a caring, educational environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years.

You will recruit and develop staff, implement curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, and maintain strong partnerships with families and the surrounding community.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Be a leader by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Ensure licensing standards are met and promote positive partnerships with the community.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff and implement curriculum with coaching and standards interpretation.
• Create a warm, inspiring environment that supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
