Job summary

Learning Care Group in North Carolina is seeking a Center Director who will lead a child care center, guide daily operations, and inspire a warm, educational environment for children and families.

You will manage staff schedules, support curriculum implementation, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong partnerships with parents and the community, while driving growth and quality in a licensed facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school staff, schedule work, evaluate performance, and coach teachers.
• Ensure operations meet company and state licensing standards.
• Promote partnerships with families and the local community.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
