Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader: plan work schedules, evaluate staff performance, and develop performance improvement plans. Coach teachers on curriculum and standards.
• Be an expert: ensure the school operates in accordance with licensing standards and foster partnerships within the community.
• Be an innovator: stimulate imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things in a caring, safe environment.
• Be a team player: recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
