The Learning Experience in Cheshire, CT is seeking a passionate Center Director with daycare or preschool leadership experience to lead our center and uphold high standards of care and education. You will recruit and develop staff, ensure health and safety compliance, implement our proprietary curriculum with engaging characters, and drive enrollment growth and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
• Ensure that the center environment adheres to health and safety SOPs and licensing regulations.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum with engaging characters to drive learning.
• Drive consistent business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations (accounts, P&L, payroll).
• Engage prospective families via in-person and virtual tours and organize community marketing events.
