Job summary

Elevate Learning Ventures, LLC is seeking a Center Director to lead and grow our Code Ninjas location. This isn’t a traditional admin role; we want a high-energy operator who builds relationships, drives enrollment, leads teams, and creates a standout experience for kids and families.

You’ll drive enrollment and retention, recruit and coach Senseis, manage daily operations, and foster a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or managing operations.
• Experience in sales, enrollment growth, hospitality, retail leadership, fitness, youth programs, education, or customer-facing leadership roles preferred.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical familiarity or comfort with STEM/coding concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

This is not a traditional administrative management role. Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000


• Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to center enrollment growth


• High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase total compensation through growth incentives

Schedule

This is a full-time position expected to average at least 40 hours per week.

Estimated operating hours are anticipated to include:

• Weekdays: approximately 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM


• Weekends: approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

The center is expected to be closed on Friday and Sunday.

Non-operating hours are expected to focus on community outreach, planning, staff management, and enrollment growth initiatives.
