Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Director of Behavioral Health Services (Center Director) to lead clinical and operational functions across centers in the United States. You will mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs while maintaining a small caseload and shaping clinical strategy.

You will partner with regional executives to ensure compliant, high-quality care and drive center growth, with a flexible schedule that may include a 4-day work week or a hybrid arrangement after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Active, unrestricted BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising clinical staff (BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs).
• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Balance administrative duties with maintaining a small clinical caseload.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and board standards.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to optimize center performance.
