Job summary

A Gem of Joy ABA seeks a Heart of Purpose & Journey Leader (Center Director) in Baltimore to lead clinical and operational efforts. This full-time role reports to the VP of Clinical Operations, ensuring center quality, program development, and staff supervision.

In-person with possible hybrid arrangements; hours generally Mon-Fri, with occasional outside hours. The Center Director will manage performance via monthly scorecards, supervise BCBA staff, coordinate RBT supervision, and maintain

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in education, psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Current, active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role overseeing behavior-analytic programs.
• 2+ years leadership in center-based ABA settings preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT codes, medical necessity criteria, and assessment tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and revise quality standards and measurement systems.
• Oversee center-based team members, including BCBA leaders, BCBAs in training, and staff.
• Coordinate RBT supervision requirements and fieldwork supervision where applicable.
• Monitor KPIs, implement interventions, and uphold GOJ quality standardsUS.
• Develop and manage Success Plans for center staff and liaise with funding sources.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure clinical documentation compliance.
• Assist VP of Clinical Operations with organizational quality initiatives and projects.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
