Job summary

Accel Therapies is seeking experienced and mission-driven Clinical Directors (BCBAs) to lead our center-based teams. This leadership role blends clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities.

As a Clinical Director, you’ll mentor Clinical Supervisors, guide program integrity, and help drive high-quality outcomes for the families we serve. We value leadership that empowers others — you’ll have the tools and support to lead effectively without being stretched thin.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ ABA experience including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders).
• Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care.
• Conduct and review FBAs (functional behavior assessments).
• Ensure high clinical standards via QA activities and data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress.
• Maintain caseload up to 25 billable hours/week (full-time).
• Develop training plans and lead onboarding for clinicians.
• Support BCBA and Program Supervisor performance.
• Collaborate with Operations to assign caseloads strategically.
• Lead BCBA and PM hiring at the center.
• Contribute to growth initiatives.
