TEEMA Group is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Services (Center Director) to lead clinical operations across our therapy centers. This role shifts you from direct service to executive leadership, mentoring BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs while maintaining a small clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience supervising and evaluating clinical staff (BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs).
• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight, clinical mentorship, and career training to an interdisciplinary team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Promote high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based clinical practices across all patient care.
• Coach clinicians and develop clear professional advancement paths.
• Maintain a small, manageable clinical caseload to keep skills sharp.
• Partner with regional executives to build high-performing center workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local health regulations and board standards.
