BrightView seeks a Center Director in Asheboro to oversee clinic operations in addiction treatment, collaborating with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams. The role combines behavioral health supervision with site leadership to ensure an outstanding patient experience and a compliant, team-driven environment.

The position requires a Master's degree, LCAS licensure, and 2+ years in human services or clinic leadership, with a focus on multidisciplinary collaboration and staff

Qualificações

• Master's degree required.
• 2+ years in a human service-related field or clinic-based leadership/management experience.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
• Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
• Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings.
• Ensures a high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the center.
• Manages site-level personnel and develops staff across disciplines.
• Develops community partnerships with BrightView’s Outreach teams.
• Follows healthcare requirements and oversees staff onboarding and training.
