Job summary

Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Center Director to provide clinical oversight for 1 to 2 centers and oversee daily operations across in-center, home, community, and school-based services.

You will collaborate with regional leadership and clinical support teams to ensure full staffing, capacity, and delivery of excellent clinical services, while promoting a collaborative, compassionate culture and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Center Directors provide clinical oversight for 1 to 2 centers and related services.
• Oversee daily in-center operations and ensure high-quality clinical services.
• Ensure staff engagement, policy adherence, and uphold the organization culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams including Behavior Analysts, SBS/CFs and MTs.
• Monitor weekly hours and center production to maintain capacity and service levels.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and clinical support to optimize operations.
