Formación

• Current, active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Preferred: 5+ years holding board-certification
• Current, active license to practice ABA in Maryland

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing the clinical model for center-based services.
• Oversee all center-based team members including Supervising BCBAs.
• Monitor center-wide KPIs and quality metrics.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of CPT codes relevant to ABA services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications

Educación

Master’s degree in education, psychology, or related field
