• Oversee all center-based team members including Supervising BCBAs.
• Monitor center-wide KPIs and quality metrics.

Skills

Knowledge of CPT codes relevant to ABA services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications

Education

Master’s degree in education, psychology, or related field
