Job summary

A Gem of Joy ABA in Baltimore, MD seeks a Heart of Purpose & Journey Leader (Center Director). This full-time, 40-hour role reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and leads the clinical and operational quality standards across the center.

Responsibilities include overseeing BCBAs and staff, ensuring compliant treatment plans, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with families and funding sources; BCBA certification and Maryland license are required, with 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in education, psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
Current, active BCBA® or BCBA-D® certification.
Current, active Maryland ABA license (Maryland LBA).

Responsibilities

Assist in development of clinical model and launch of center-based services.
Oversee center staffing, including Supervising BCBAs, BCBAs in Training, Behavior Technicians, and admin staff.
Ensure RBT supervision requirements are met and supervise fieldwork for BCBA supervisors.
Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to drive improvements.
Complete performance reviews for BCBA- and RBT-level staff.
Coordinate with funding sources, families, and community members.
