Job summary

Gemstone ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our ABA program in Maryland. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, conduct FBAs, and develop and update individualized treatment plans for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA license required.
• Minimum of two years of BCBA practice experience.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and ABA staff.
• Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans.
• Develop, implement and update individualized plans.
• Supervise RBTs/ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Monitor clinical data and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
• Communicate progress and recommendations with families and teams.
• Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators and other professionals.
