Hope Rising Pregnancy Center is seeking a Part-Time Center Director to oversee the operations of our North Dayton location. This role is ideal for a strong female Christian leader with a heart for serving women and families, a gift for organization, and the ability to manage people and systems with grace and clarity.

About The Role

As Center Director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring client services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will supervise client-facing staff and volunteers, maintain daily operations, uphold policy and care standards, and support the mission of Hope Rising through prayerful leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Client Advocates, Office Assistant
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and Christ-centered service delivery
• Oversee client record systems, appointments, inventory, and reporting
• Communicate needs and updates with the Client Services Director
• Conduct interviews and evaluations for volunteers and staff
• Maintain a clean and welcoming center environment
• Provide monthly written reports and participate in organizational meetings
  
  
  

Schedule

Part-Time (21 hours/week)

• Tuesdays: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursdays: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Fridays: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  
  
  

Qualifications

• A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Strong alignment with the pro-life mission
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in staff or volunteer management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, ministry, management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
