KidStrong Assistant Director

As Assistant Center Director, you will support the Regional Center Director.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Director in managing sales goals
• Drive membership sales through outbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service for children and families
• Organize KidStrong events such as birthday parties, camps, and Parent’s Night Out
• Follow front desk procedures including member check-in, inquiries, registration, and cash handling
• Assist with planning and promoting out-of-center events
• Teach KidStrong classes if needed, developed by our child development experts (training provided)

Job Qualifications:

• Love for children
• Strong sales mentality and outbound sales experience
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and professionalism

Ideal Experience:

• Outbound phone sales
• Customer service experience (1-2 years)
• Sales experience (1-2 years)

Working Conditions:

• Indoor position within a KidStrong facility
• May require standing or sitting for extended periods
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment

This role supports the Center Director in providing exceptional service, enhancing member experiences, driving sales, and supporting facility operations. The Assistant Center Director should be available for 20-25 hours weekly, including evenings and at least one weekend shift.
