As Assistant Center Director, you will support the Regional Center Director in daily operations.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Director in managing all KidStrong sales goals.
• Drive membership sales through outbound calls to interested families.
• Provide excellent customer service to children and families.
• Organize and coordinate events such as birthday parties, camps, and Parent’s Night Out.
• Follow front desk procedures including member check-in, inquiries, guest registration, cash handling, and customer care calls.
• Assist with planning and promoting out-of-center events.
• Teach KidStrong classes if needed, developed by our child development experts using our proven curriculum (training provided).

Job Qualifications:

• Love for children is essential!
• Strong sales mentality and outbound sales experience.
• Flexible schedule including at least three evenings per week and one weekend morning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.

Ideal Experience:

• Outbound phone sales experience.
• Customer service experience (1-2 years).
• Sales experience (1-2 years).

Working Conditions:

• Indoor position within a KidStrong facility.
• May require standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, enhancing member experiences, driving sales, and supporting overall facility operations. The Assistant Center Director must be available for 20-25 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
