Essential Job Functions
- Maintain KPI expectations in sales and operations consistently.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring calls and walk-ins are answered promptly during business hours.
- Assess and observe students, discuss results with parents, and set goals for success.
- Meet with parents to discuss enrollment options and ongoing support.
- Manage operational activities such as payroll, billing, account maintenance, teacher scheduling, and labor management.
- Collaborate with the Director of Student Advancement to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Engage customers throughout the customer lifecycle to keep them enrolled.
- Assist customers with payment options and ensure a smooth application and closing process.
- Use community engagement to drive enrollments and promote Sylvan.
- Build relationships with educators and key community figures to benefit students.
- Engage with the community to establish rapport and promote Sylvan.
- Maintain a professional and appealing center appearance.
- Ensure safety and adherence to policies to promote student well-being.
