The role leads center operations, drives revenue, and builds a high-performing team delivering memorable experiences for families in a family-friendly entertainment venue. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and engaging staff, ensuring safety and standards, and partnering with marketing and vendors to grow the business.
