Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Center Director to oversee daily operations of our addiction medicine treatment facility and to lead a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure efficient patient flow, maintain high-quality patient experiences, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive program success.

The role requires a Master’s degree and LCAS licensure, with 2+ years in management within a clinical/human services setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees clinic operations and patient flow for efficient service delivery.
  • Leads regular team meetings and implements BrightView’s clinic playbook.
  • Manages site-level personnel across multiple disciplines and oversees development plans.
  • Builds and maintains community partnerships with BrightView Outreach teams and collaborates with Quality department.
  • Fulfills Program Administrator role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare requirements; leads onboarding and training of new staff.

BrightView is seeking a Center Director to facilitate the clinic workflow and lead the daily operations of our treatment facility collaborating with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations professionals. In this pivotal role, in conjunction with regional and company leadership, you will oversee the treatment center, ensuring an exemplary patient experience in addiction medicine while fostering a collaborative and team-centric environment.   • CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
  • Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings.
  • PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND CARE DELIVERY
  • Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.
  • Identifies and facilitates resolution of issues and conflicts within the center.
  • Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training.
  • PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.
  • Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance.
  • Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts.
  • COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS
  • Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams.
  • Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner.
  • Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
  • COMPLIANCE AND TRAININGS
  • Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
  • Responsible for new staff onboarding and training.

  • Prior experience with harm reduction a plus.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or
  • 2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities.
