BrightView LLC is seeking a Center Director to lead clinic operations and enhance the patient journey in addiction medicine. You will collaborate with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams to run daily workflows and maintain a patient-centric environment.

The role requires leadership experience in a healthcare or human services setting, with a preference for candidates familiar with harm reduction and BrightView’s compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in human services or clinic leadership roles.
  • Experience in drug and alcohol settings preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinic operations and patient flow across disciplines.
  • Lead regular team meetings and implement BrightView’s operations playbook.
  • Ensure high-quality patient experience and adherence to policies and training.
  • Manage site-level personnel and staff development; set performance expectations.
  • Develop community partnerships and collaborate with outreach and quality teams.
  • Fulfills Program Administrator role per State Administrative Code as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.

Responsibilities
  • CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
  • Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
  • Plans, leads, and delivers regularteammeetings.
  • PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND CARE DELIVERY:
  • Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.
  • Identifiesandfacilitatesresolution of issues and conflicts within the center.
  • Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training.
  • PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:
  • Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.
  • Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance.
  • Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts.
  • COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS:
  • Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams.
  • Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner.
  • Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
  • COMPLIANCE AND TRAININGS
  • Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
  • Responsible fornew staffonboarding and training.

  • Prior experience with harm reduction a plus.
Qualifications
  • EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or
  • 2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities.
  • EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
