BrightView is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations and coordinate with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams in Asheboro, NC. This role drives patient experience, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to support recovery journeys.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in human services with leadership responsibility, a Master's degree, LCAS licensure, and a passion for harm reduction and team-based care.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting or clinic leadership at BrightView.
  • Master's degree required.
  • LCAS licensure preferred or required per state standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinic operations and patient flow to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.
  • Drive a high-quality patient experience and resolve issues within the center.
  • Manage site-level personnel and foster staff development and performance improvement.
  • Build collaborations with community partners and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare requirements and coordinate trainings.

Responsibilities
  • CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
  • Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
  • Plans, leads, and delivers regularteammeetings.
  • PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND CARE DELIVERY:
  • Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.
  • Identifiesandfacilitatesresolution of issues and conflicts within the center.
  • Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training.
  • PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:
  • Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.
  • Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance.
  • Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts.
  • COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS:
  • Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams.
  • Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner.
  • Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
  • COMPLIANCE AND TRAININGS
  • Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
  • Responsible fornew staffonboarding and training.

  • Prior experience with harm reduction a plus.
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or
  • 2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities.

EDUCATION:

  • Master's degree required

  • LCAS
