Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior project management and/or program management experience.
• Experience working independently and taking initiative, and in team environments.
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
• Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize data with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Project Management - manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans and budgets.
• Communications and Outreach - develop and disseminate findings through research briefs, blog posts, and presentations.
• Administrative Support - handle grant submissions, contracting mechanisms, reimbursements, and development of administrative systems.
• Research Support - provide initial analysis for research projects, prepare research materials, and assist with data presentation and analysis.
• Event Planning - support organizing events, workshops, and seminars, coordinating with stakeholders and travel budgets.
• Other duties as assigned - participate in workshops, trainings, and service activities.
