Job summary

Center for Care Innovations is seeking a collaborative Program Coordinator in California to support health care safety net initiatives. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate meetings, and ensure a welcoming experience for participants and partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience coordinating complex initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting multiple initiatives with task-tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, California-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep multiple initiatives organized and moving forward with schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, reports, and materials; track action items.
• Create seamless participant experiences and serve as a responsive point of contact.
• Plan and host in-person and virtual events; manage venues, vendors, registrations.
• Draft communications and learning materials; support webpages and learning content.
• Use data to monitor participation and improvement; maintain Salesforce data.
• Support grants, contracts, and initiative finances with tracking.
