Responsibilities
- Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and staff relations.
- Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
