Eckerd Connects is hiring for a CSI Assistant position at the Denison Job Corps center in Denison, IA. The role supports the CSI Manager by managing scheduling and attendance data, coordinating documentation, and monitoring behavioral reports to ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing statistical reports, recording disciplinary actions, and assisting in the monthly management reporting while adhering to safety-sensitive guidelines and screening policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with at least one year’s experience working with young adults preferred; Job Corps experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen per policy.
• Employment contingent on successful nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist CSI Manager in administering center behavior management system; collect and maintain scheduling/attendance data.
• Coordinate center documentation related to student attendance.
• Review behavioral reports for consistency; inform supervisor of irregularities.
• Monitor class attendance reports and prepare Monthly Management Report statistics.
• Ensure proper recording of disciplinary systems and compliance with Job Corps policies.
