Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking an OA/CTS Manager for the Denison Job Corps program in Denison, IA. You will plan, direct, and supervise activities, ensure scheduling, and oversee records on student progress within the Health Care and Construction clusters.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and supervisory experience; or an associate's with four years of supervisory work. A valid driver’s license, drug screen, and nationwide background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or a closely related field with two years supervisory experience OR
• Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or a closely related field with four years supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Required to pass a drug screen
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of nationwide criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and supervises the activities of the OA and Career Transition Services Programs, including planning, scheduling, and effective implementation of all activities in program areas
• Prepares and submits reports; ensures proper records on student progress are maintained by OA/Career Transition Department
• Keeps case notes and PCDPs up to date per PRH
• Manages enrollment, case management efforts, and career transition services for two industry clusters (Health Care and Construction)
• Assesses personnel promotions, transfers, and merit evaluations; conducts performance appraisals
